About Chris Morrison

I didn't just work in this city. I served it. Now I serve you.

I spent 16 years in Washington DC as a software engineer and program analyst for the United States Department of Energy. I know the Red Line. I know the cost of living inside the Beltway. I know the exact exhaustion of giving your best to a city and wondering if the trade is still worth it.

Before DC, I served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Coast Guard as a combat veteran and engineer — 10 years of active duty, honorable discharge. I've earned three master's degrees and will complete my PhD in Government this winter.

After moving to Front Royal, Virginia — recruited by the DOE — I served as an elected Town Councilman and Planning Commissioner. I co-founded Shenandoah Property Group as an active real estate investor. I became a realtor licensed in DC, Virginia, and Florida.
